An established SGX-listed company is looking to hire a VP, Corporate Finance to support a current expansion project. This is a great opportunity to join a market leader with several award-winning projects globally.
Being part of the senior management team, the VP Corporate Finance will be responsible for corporate finance and treasury matters for the company’s local and overseas projects. You will support capital investment decisions, develop, and implement financing strategies to maximise shareholder’s value. This will include performing financial valuation, establishing market and industry benchmarks and other due diligence work. You will implement the relevant corporate strategy and ensure optimal financing structure for their current projects. In addition, you will manage strategic treasury activities that include cash flow forecasts, bank partnerships and debt management.
The successful candidate will possess good understanding of regional financial markets with experience in investment evaluation and fundraising (equity and/or debt financing). You will possess over 15 years relevant experience, with a bachelor’s degree from a reputable University. You will be described as a tenacious and resourceful leader with strong financial and business analytical skills. You will possess strong presentation skills with the ability to present to all levels within the organization.
