As Digital Marketing Manager/Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in the team and organisation to plan and create effective campaign integration. You will partner with key business units to provide subject matter expertise across POE media and work with media partners to optimise campaigns.

  Key Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for coordinating the integrated marketing and optimisation/personalisation plans to increase performance.

  • To proactively partner with campaign owners and provide digital subject matter expertise across paid, owned and earned media including email marketing to drive communications planning and content strategy.

  • Work with stakeholders on key campaigns to define briefs, communications plan, deliverables and creative strategy; consider all key strategic inputs to deliver activation and testing plan.

  • Manage the compilation and dissemination of regular reports, providing actionable insights and communicate opportunities for optimisation and segmentation strategy.

  • Defining high-value audience with segments and analytics team to build effective content strategy and media plan; provide content optimisation strategy to campaign owners and agency partners.

  • Work closely with the digital team to improve the performance of the website, share takeaways and learning to improve media effectiveness.

  • Build effective communications plan and optimisation programs.

Key skills and experience 

  • Experienced in stakeholder management and working with cross-functional marketing teams, creative and media agencies  to plan and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels for performance driven brands.

  • Solid knowledge of solutions within Google Marketing Platform.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven thinking.

  • Customer-centric mindset

  • Up-to-date with latest digital trends and measurements.

  • Self-starter and have the ability to take ownership for key programs with minimal supervision.

  • Project management skills, with a proven track record to deliver against deadlines.

  • Ability to navigate through organization structures.

  • Strong written and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
