Responsibilitie:
  • Manage and facilitate recruitment, selection, induction and orientation processes.
  • Facilitate performance management systems including feedback and development planning processes.
  • Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labour relations, and employee relations.
  • Continuously assess organisational, inter-organisational and intra-organisational linkages to and develop and facilitate change initiatives required to ensure harmony and operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate the process of resolution of individual and team conflicts, develop and implement systems for neutral handling of grievances interventions to ensure organisational harmony.
  • Lead, coach and guide the Southeast entities’ HR team, take responsibility for their engagement and development.
  • Review employee compensation and benefits activities, which include policies and procedures, annual salary and bonus compensation management, benefits plan and insurance.
  • Analyse and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Provide day-to-day compensation and benefits functions that include benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures necessary to ensure value for money in procurement of and utilisation office services.
  • Develop and implement office procedures systems and practices that promote organisation efficiency and care.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in Human Resource planning, recruitment, design and  implementation of progressive HR systems, procedures and practices of a multinational company
  • Strong experience in Southeast Asia cultures and labour laws
  • Good knowledge of Labour laws and Employee Relations Systems
  • Hands-on, courage to propose solutions and ensure follow-through on the execution with the SEA countries
  • Proven ability to work on cross-functional and lead by example to support SEA countries needs
  • Responsible, self-driven, independent and able to execute improvement
  • Good attention to details and with excellent analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Excellent team player, energetic, work well under pressure and able to meet deadlines
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts)
  • Strong analytical and planning skill
