  • Preferably in the real estate industry 
  • Familiar with group reporting for quarterly SGX result announcement
  • Location: Tanjong Pagar 
Responsibilities:
  • Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
  • Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries.
  • Summarizes financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.
  • Liaison with the auditors
Requirements
  • Must have experience and hands-on in preparation of consolidation accounts;
  • Must be equipped with the latest accounting standards knowledge, i.e. SFRS(I);
  • Must be meticulous, careful and adept to numbers for financial analysis work;
  • Able to work under pressure and with short notices to generate ad hoc reports;
  • Able to work as a team player and hands-on to other group reporting requirement
  • 4 to 5 years’ experience in similar field of work
  • Familiar with the group reporting for quarterly SGX result announcement and perform group consolidation accounts
  • Strong in excel, word and power point.
