Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving and managing the business development and marketing initiatives across the various practice groups in the firm and provide guidance for juniors in the team.
On the Business Development front, you will help to lead and manage pitch and tender preparation processes which includes drafting and editing of pitch proposals, managing post pitch and evaluation processes.
On the marketing front, you will be handling directory submissions, preparation of capability statements, working with the marketing & communications team on delivering Business Development plans (such as PR, social media, etc,).
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.
- 5-7 years of business development experience gained from the legal/professional services sector
- Fluent in English, Mandarin & Cantonese (Written & Spoken)
- Commercial-Minded with strong stakeholder management skills
