Responsibilities:
  • Assume ownership and manage the successful delivery of assigned IT project.
  • To lead and/or support the various stages of SDLC and PMLC.
  • Support the IT procurement lifecycle and ensure the procured products/services meet the business requirements, delivered on time and budget.
  • Manage the vendors’ quality and performance to ensure that the services are delivered according to the agreed outcomes.
  • To provide timely service desk support and resolution to internal users on hardware and software matters.
  • Manage the IT infrastructure assets through their life cycle.
  • Provide support to the IT department during RFI/RFQ/tender process.
  • To adopt robust change management procedures and ensure quality IT documentations.
  • Conduct investigation, provide training and give recommendations on cyber security matters.
  • Seek continuous improvements and contribute actively to the Department and Individual KPIs set forth.
  • Provide secretariat support during IT project meeting.
  • Any other duties as assigned by his/her reporting supervisor, or Divisional Director from time-to-time.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or equivalent with minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience.
  • Experience in supporting large organisation
  • Proficient in administering Office 365, SharePoint, enterprise business applications, infrastructure equipment and security solution.
  • Proactive, organised, meticulous and able to multi-task.
  • Good verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Have completed professional IT training or certification is a plus.
