  • Willing to perform rotating shift (Morning, Afternoon and Night)

Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and technical support
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage

 


Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 5 'O' levels passes with credit in English
  • Customer services and call center experiences highly preferred
  • Candidates who are Conversant in both English and Mandarin are preferred (in order to handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and technical support to our Mandarin speaking customers) with good communication etiquette
  • Must be mature and able to to adapt easily to a call centre environment
  • Able to work under pressure, prioritize work, multi-task and attention to details
  • Comfortable with shift work arrangement (Morning: 7:30am - 3:15pm, Afternoon: 3:15pm - 10:45pm, Night: 10:45pm - 7:30am)
