A global bank is looking for a Service Transitional Director to further improve and transform its Applications operation processes and framework. Reporting into the Global Head of IT Operations, this role oversees the Transition services unit and is expected to lead this team of 8 to work alongside the Change-The-Bank team to ensure new and changing services are successfully transitioned in line with key deliverables.
The potential candidate should possesses strong and proven leadership in leading the department in both Change-The-Bank & Run-The-Bank programs/initiatives to achieve Service Transition KPIs and high quality of standards. The candidate must be able to drive and influence both internal & external key senior stakeholders in supporting the department strategies and roadmaps.

Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other highly technical, scientific discipline
  • More than 15 years of leading large technology teams comprising of application and technology related domains.
  • Experience in full end to end project life cycle and transiting into operations
  • Proven track record for managing IT budget and drive key IT strategies related to Service Operations.
  • ITIL v3/v4 certification and strong service-oriented experience / background.
  • Knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs
  • Demonstrated success in leadership and organizational management in a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive for results, lead innovation, and be a change agent.
  • Ability to effectively influence others across all levels of the organization
  • Strong collaboration and team building across cultures, technical competencies, and organization levels.
