My client is a leading International Law Firm with an established Energy & Projects practice in Asia and they are currently looking to hire a Junior-Mid Level Project Development and Finance Lawyer to join their team here in Singapore.

The team acts for sponsors, contractors and lenders on a wide range of projects, ranging from oil & gas, renewables, power projects (including LNG) across the APAC region.

To excel in this role, you should be familiar with drafting and negotiating various project development, financing and security documentations including SPAs, O&M Contracts, PPAs, EPC (would be a bonus), etc.

Requirements:
  • 2-4 PQE (UK Scale)
  • Common Law Qualifications preferred
  • Prior Project Finance & Development experiece gained from a reputable international law firm
