This is a newly created headcount to be part of a leading international company with a strong international presence for water solutions (pumps, valves, controllers, meters, etc).
 
Responsibilities of Water Application Engineer:
  • To be able to provide strong technical support to the regional sales team, distributors and other end users for pre-sale and after sales of the products.
  • Covering applications of Water systems including Valves, Pumps, Meters, Controllers in Municipal and Industrial environments.
  • Customisation of products to provide solutions to customer requirements
  • Participating in marketing campaigns such as exhibitions, regional events, delegation training as designated by the company
  • Hands on technical involvement in product commissioning and after-sales troubleshooting in the field
  • Career growth opportunities for commercial responsibilities in select territories
 
Requirements of Water Application Engineer:
  • A degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, control or automation, etc)
  • Holds experience in related industries such as pumps, filtration or other water supply systems
  • Able to travel on short notice (Post-COVID), with 30% travel time throughout Asia to regional dealers and distributors for direct promotion and product support
  • Able to conduct seminar, webinar and product training to customers.
