  • Sector focus – Infrastructure, data centres, TMT, fibre networks (Compulsory to have some industry exposure)
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience
  • Investment, PE, Corporate development role (Singapore based)
 
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in origination, identifying and evaluating digital infrastructure / TMT / data centre investments and partnership opportunities in the APAC region
  • Good  financial modelling skills, analysis and valuations, able to prepare investment/business cases independently and propose recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Develop business cases for senior/ board management review  
  • Work with various C-level counterparts in pursuing customer opportunities and preparation of commercial proposals to existing and potential customers, such as RFP responses, pricing strategy and contract reviews
  • Leverage industry network and contacts to build reliable customer and competitor intelligence for management and board members
  • Undertake strategic studies to analyse industry trends, activities, competitors and best practices as well as building competition intelligence
  • Assist with regular reporting for various stakeholders
 
Qualifications/ Capabilities:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience
  • Good in presentations, negotiating and have exceptional communication skills
  • Passion in joining early stage companies and growing a business in its early stages
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player, family culture
