The Position
  • Develop and support the partnership between company and the customer(s) by helping to align company and customers strategies and the development and implementation of shopper-based solutions to drive category growth.
  • Be an expert on Channel/Customer insights.
  • Identify Business opportunities for key channels/customers (TAKE HOME/ ON TRADE/ GENERAL TRADE)
  • Activate the shopper /retailer marketing programs, refine programs to customer shopper & targeted vehicles and ensure excellence execution (including Loyalty program, Visibility / Distribution program)
  • Work with In Store to align on 5Ps target by channel/customer  (TAKE HOME/ ON TRADE/ GENERAL TRADE)
  • Develop customized 5 Ps plan and communicate to Operations (Field sales) on monthly basis and monitor implementation
  • Leverage RE/customer-specific shopper insights & customer analytics to : Tailor the 5Ps by RE to the customer(s) formats, considering customer strategies and policies to align with retail marketing team ion 5Ps target  (assortment-OOS, pricing, shelf space & location, promotion efficiency & implementation, POP)
  • Develop customized selling story presentation (adapt from GTM plan) and ensure tracking mechanism for speed to market (ensure excellence 5 Ps execution and cascade target by distributor to capture region/market potential)
  • Work with Sales & Marketing and Finance to conduct pre- and post-evaluation of channel/customer specific activities (results vs. objective, implementation accuracy, P&L impact etc), share results to the commercial team with proposed forward actions
  • Participate in the Join Business Planning process: Develop annual category & shopper plan aligned to channel/customer engagement strategy (priority customers 
The Candidate
  • Strong project management skills to drive ideas and opportunities through to completion and measure return on investment.
  • Degree qualified with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in key account/ trade marketing experience in FMCG/ consumer capacity is a MUST.
  • You will also have an outgoing personality, be highly analytical, self-confident and possess strong planning.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Willing to roll up the sleeves and hands on in execution.
  • Relevant experience working in research agency is welcomed.
