The Position
  • Develop and implement long term commercial strategies across the On Premise/ HORECA channel/ business unit
  • Responsible and accountable for channel P&L by delivering top line objectives & flawless execution of activation programs to drive commercial success and competitor advantage within the On Premise/ HORECA channel
  • Responsible for leading & building an effective & efficient route to market for the On Premise/ HORECA channel which is fit for future to maximize both numeric and weighted distribution across categories
  • Responsible for leading deployment of an effective activation program along with brand & trade marketing for winning in the On Premise/ HORECA channel
  • Responsible for building capabilities of the sales force along with commercial excellence manager to have the best in class field force
  • Responsible for deployment of right systems and tools for field force & distributors along with commercial excellence manager so as to have fast availability of accurate data for sales analytics
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal & external customers so as to achieve commercial objectives

 The Candidate
  • University – Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, marketing or similar).
  • Recommended 12 years sales experience with a strong track record of success within the Consumer FMCG (On Premise/HORECA) industry is a MUST.
  • Recommended 2-3 years of management experience (in the On Premise/ HORECA industry is a plus).
  • Strong On Premise/ HORECA industry knowledge, contacts and experience in “the scene”.
  • Strong analytical, planning and financial skills.
  • Clear understanding of markets, sales & distribution, competitor activity, consumer behaviour in FMCG context
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Very high negotiation and communication skills.
  • Fully understands and embraces the team profile.
  • Must be proficient in EDV (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
  • Only those with relevant experience in consumer FMCG experience (On Premise/HORECA) will be consider.
