Our client is a leading offshore law firm, and is currently seeking a Mid-Senior Level Finance Associate to join their Finance & Corporate team here in Singapore.

The Finance team acts on a wide spectrum of financing transactions, including but not limited to, general banking, project and asset financing, structured finance, as well as real estate financing, etc.

To excel in this role, you should ideally be an 3+ PQE Common Law Qualified Solicitor, with experience gained from a reputable international law firm and have a good understanding of the British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands and Bermuda-related law.

Requirements:

  • 3+ PQE in a Banking Finance practice of a Singapore/International/Offshore Law Firm
  • England & Wales, BVI/Cayman Islands or Bermuda Admitted preferred
  • Mandarin Proficiency would be preferred, but not mandatory
  • Strong client engagement skills, comfortable with Business Development activities
  • Solid banking finance experience in areas of facility and security documentations
