  • To ensure that the respective division’s sales target and all agencies’ sales targets are met
  • To be responsible for the performance and general welfare of all agency lines in the respective division
  • To identify potential customers and their needs and expand the base by bringing in new customers/projects
  • To initiate and strategise acquisition of new agency lines with the objective to grow the business in the respective division
  • Identifies emerging business trends, provides direction and leadership to ensure effective operations, complete customer satisfaction and long-term sustainable growth of the division
  • To ensure effective team coverage on all grounds for sales and marketing efforts
  • To ensure that brands are assigned to the best team members to lead and support in sales and marketing efforts
  • To review and approve all sales & marketing programmes
  • To ensure all reports required by the management are submitted accordingly
  • To act as the lead in establishing and maintaining all principals and customers relations
  • To perform any other work as and when required


  • At least a Degree or equivalent in Life Science, Molecular Biology, Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or related disciplines
  • Relevant Sales experience
  • Proven track record in managing a sales team, an ability to motivate achievement towards revenue targets and KPIs
  • Competence and experience at creating and progressing sales strategy for growth
  • Team player with a great attitude, with an ability to forge relationships with internal and external stakeholders
