Roles & Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Global Head of Sales, this role will be mandated to build a “force multiplier” channel go to market strategy leveraging the power of System integrators, in-country resell partners, risk advisory consulting firms, leading credit bureaus, ISV’s and Data Analytics platform providers.
  • This role will be a key interface between Revenue Generation and Product Engagement conceptualization. The role would engage closely with the Chief Product Officer while formalizing the Product Partnerships and then be accountable for revenue generation through such strategic engagements.


Key attributes of the role would be to

  • Build and grow strategic relationships with SI’s, ISV’s Risk Advisory firms and resell partners.
  • Perform as an evangelist to drive greater adoption and inclusion of CredoLab solutions to the end customers.
  • Build the key market expansion plan, initiate business development activities, acquire new partners and build a high growth subscription business.
  • Build an incremental sales pipeline expanding reach to accounts, opportunities, markets and pursuits that complement the direct sales teams’ efforts.
  • Preferred Location for the role - Singapore, India, Europe, Middle East


Requirements

  • 12-15 years of experience in key account management or sales and channel management roles
  • Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented
  • Experience building and maintaining customer/partner relationships, while working to mitigate friction and drive deeper engagement models
  • Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help customers / partners reach their goals
  • Understanding of banking and financial domain & having engaged with strategic, transformative global partners would be a definitive added advantage.
  • Willing to make mistakes & fast enough to learn
  • Masters or Bachelor’s Degree (in Technology, Business Management, Finance or related field)
  • Flexible approach and an ability to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
  • Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can do” attitude.
