Senior HR Sales Consultant

• An exciting opportunity to join the sales team of an HR consultancy firm.
• Develop business with new customers selling workforce transformation support services across leadership, change management, workforce engagement and career transition.
• Implement sales plans to promote growth

 
Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver against sales targets of generating new business and further developing existing accounts.
• Build and maintain bid response process and implements processes to support sales best practices.
• Ensure all systems and processes are adhered to.
• Work with department heads to find both tactical and strategic solution opportunities to expand the company’s brand perception and footprint

 
Requirements:

• Prior experience in a sales role requiring both hunting and farming.
• Prior experience working within the HR industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• In depth knowledge of the company’s programs and services and the ability to articulate them in sales communication.
