The Company is looking for a driven Enterprise Sales Manager to represent their brand in Japan largely selling to the Banking, Insurance, and Financial Services industry.   • Combine your knowledge and understanding of the customer business to identify opportunities
  • Create and nurture a strong qualified pipeline. Targeted reach out to potential customers.
  • Accurately forecast and manage your pipeline, sales activity and revenue attainment
  • Consistently exceed your revenue goals by executing outstanding sales strategy of closing new logos and Pilots
  • Own and close complex sales cycles, involving several stakeholders and organisational teams

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in business development and software sales. A proper Hunter.
  • Experience in delivering virtual presentations, online web demonstrations and inside remote sales.
  • Demonstrable consistent track record of exceeding quota achievement. SaaS Software Product Selling experience in a field sales role and understanding of SaaS Sales cycle
  • Outstanding negotiator with strong interpersonal, presentation and solution selling skills
  • Strong technical aptitude, a proficiency with CRM tools and a passion for discovering new tools to aid sales performance and productivity
  • Experience of selling into Financial Services customers will be a big plus.
