A reputable investment company is looking to hire a Rewards Specialist to be a part of their compensation and benefits team.
 
Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and research compensation practices of relevant markets
  • Assist supervisor with the developing of incentive plan designs
  • Develop excel-based simulations that provide estimates of costs and consequences of incentive plans
  • Monitor market trends and developments across industries
  • Critique the rationale behind design proposals
 
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years’ experience in executive compensation, preferably in an HR consulting firm.
  • Strong analytical and written communication and presentation skills
  • Fast learner that thrives in a fast-paced environment
