Our client is one of leading manufacturers for Plastic in the region.
 
The incumbent will build a business opportunity pipeline with specific volume and margin for mid and long term. Generate leads and manage opportunities with new customers and/or applications until business is secured to ensure growth attainment. Build a concrete and measurable business opportunity pipeline with specific volume and margin for mid and long term. Drive and oversee sales volumes are achieved according to budget. Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed. Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed. Forecast and track key accounts/sales/business metrics/projects. Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

To be successful in this role, you should have accumulated 5-8 years of work experience in Plastic / Chemical industry experience with at least 3 years regional technical sales exposure. He / She needs to be discipline, results oriented, self-starter with strong desire to achieve company’s goal and individual target. Strong communication and presentation skill to manage customers and internal regional stakeholders to influence decision making process. Extensive travel required.
