Our client is one of the leaders in Plastic manufacturing industry.
The incumbent will be the key driver for developing and delivering the strategic marketing plan and implementation across the total company business in the Asia region. Drive improved brand regarding awareness and business impact from marketing through value delivery to consumers, customers and stakeholders and by leveraging all relevant marketing channels appropriately; expanding the use and benefit from digital channels and tools. Main areas of responsibility include campaign development and promotional activities on products, portfolio, category and industry level targeted both customers and channel partners.  Strong data collection and analysis to develop 3-5 years strategic marketing plan. Drive demand creation by using creative engagement approach to increase revenue.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have accumulated at least 15 years of marketing experience covering B-B within Industrial, Electronics or Pharmaceutical industry. Hands-on and natural ability to motivate, inspire and engage senior stakeholders regionally. Lead digitalization marketing programs with integrated information to educate and drive demand in the region. Ideal candidate must have a passion to build things from scratch and follow through.
