In this role as Senior Manager/AVP Digital Enabled Sales , you will contribute to the success of the Digital for Business strategies by driving acquisitions and customer lifetime value through marketing to customers with omni-channel approach driven by data and digital capabilities.

The Role: 
  • Develop and execute digital enabled campaigns and initiatives to drive customer acquisition and sales.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and develop the right products, platforms and process to optimize the opportunities for leads and customer engagement and sales.
  • Actively involved in marketing automation projects 
  • Design and plan campaigns to engage leads and customers offline to online and vice versa for higher sales conversion.
  • Optimize digital touch-points to drive leads and customers engagement and sales.
  • Leverage on internal analytics capabilities to optimise customers engagement and sales.
  • Responsible for all engagement and sales KPIs and ROI on campaigns to drive customer acquisition and sales. 
  • Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
Key Requirements:
  • A Degree holder with 10 years of relevant experience in business development, integrated marketing or digital marketing.
  • Experience in digital marketing/integrated marketing in financial services industry desirable.
  • Strong business acumen, good collaboration skills and an effective team player.
  • Great project management abilities and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage and influence different levels of stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Results orientated.
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
