To support and partner with key stakeholders in the Countries in the implementations and adaptation of Digital Platforms and Usage, ensuring Transformation are adapted at country level and in line with local regulatory standards in the Pharmaceutical industry.

  • To help develop, drive and embed key initiatives and ultimately change the way we market products, moving business and markets to data driven marketing.
  • Support and drive strong stakeholder engagement plans across regions to embed and evolve the operating model.
  • To start the voyage towards personalized content, by initiating data driven marketing in local countries and scale up learnings across brands within.
  • To partner with the region and move key countries into the digital marketing model including both operations and data driven marketing.
  • Drive and embed further efficiencies as an enterprise in Online and Digital content, and as an agency Initiative.
  • Build and enable digital marketing capabilities & best practise sharing across local countries through the Digital Marketing Enterprise Network.
  • Embed utilisation of the data to drive decisions including Accelerators eg. Content Effectiveness Dashboard and other tools.
  • Support and drive delivery and embedding of Modular Content
  • Support relevant Functional training initiatives and BAU for Content Lab
  • Embed the operating model to enable successful launches across the therapeutic areas.
  • Embed end-to-end content processes to deliver better customer centric content.


  • Relevant Degree in Commerce or Marketing
  • Digital Marketing and Transformation experience on the regional level
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills including senior stakeholders. Ability to build trust with stakeholders.
  • High influencing and change management skills.
  • Performance driven mindset, driven to win and proven completer-finisher with high resilience and ability to cope with change.
  • Ability to manage through ambiguity and problem-solve within complex boundaries
  • Flexible thinking and ability to innovate and think creatively.
  • Strong team player working in collaboration with the rest of the Delivery team
  • Comfortable with tracking and managing of KPIs and use of analytics where required
  • Prior Sales and marketing experience will be a value-add
