A major global insurer is currently seeking an experienced solution architect to join their Digital transformation team to drive change in their customer and distribution channels.
 
Key Responsibilities will include:
 
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the design of digital solutions and platforms
  • Collaborate with the product teams (owners & managers) to identify areas for innovation
  • Work closely with the delivery team (& wider PMO) to manage the solution architecture design
  • Partner with the IT applications and infrastructure groups to procure the most effective tools and services to enhance the digital programme
  • Work with Group level architects to ensure seamless integration of digital platforms and analytics into existing enterprise architecture
 
Skills / Experience Sought:
 
  • Strong academic record, with tertiary education or higher in computer science or a related discipline
  • Demonstrable working experience in large projects relating to the implementation digital platforms in the financial services domain (life insurance expertise a strong advantage)
  • Extensive knowledge of enterprise-wide solution design and architecture
  • Working experience of Cloud native technologies – Azure etc.
