Responsibilities of Senior Greenfield Data Centre Project Manager

 

  • Someone who is able to lead and manage a team of cross functioning engineers (Electrical, Mechanical, Project Engineers, Procurement, HSE) to ensure project delivery performance
  • Execute technical qualifications required for tenders, quotations, project planning, site implementation.
  • Someone who is able to manage and organize meetings to coordinate with Asset Owners, vendors, consultants, clients, contractors and all other parties involved within the project
  • Experienced in costing and finance to ensure forecasted project expenditures are kept, budgets are approved and met
  • Ensures site inspections are conducted regularly and in compliance with construction safety regulations and requirements

Requirement of Senior Greenfield Data Centre Project Manager

 

 

  • Holds a Degree/Master in Mechanical, Electrical, Project Management, Civil or similar Engineering field
  • Has 7years of experience in the construction of Greenfield Data Centre Projects
  • Ability to travel for potential overseas projects
  • Ability to lead and coordinate the multiple teams reporting in this role
