The Position
 
  • To lead the development and execution of all eCommerce strategy to drive revenue growth and be a lead in innovation.
  • You are responsible for end to end eCommerce execution on the ecommerce platform (incl. local integration).
  • To lead all direct- and indirect B2B/B2C eCommerce from conception to execution in all eCommerce channels. Optimize traffic & conversion based on integrated eCommerce KPI dashboard. Coordinate brand activation tools & messaging across digital platforms.
  • Managing and coaching eCommerce team: overseeing e-marketing, category management, analysis, and local eCommerce technology
  • Explore new business opportunities and collaborations; Develop vision and ambition on eCommerce and translating these into actionable plans, goals, and targets (including e-marketing improvements, etc.)
  • Pro-actively maintaining relations with internal and external stakeholders, representing eCommerce to the rest of the organization, aligning with other departments to grow eCommerce together.
  • P&L responsibilities for eCommerce channels.
 
The Candidate
  • 10+ years’ experience with ecommerce incl. P&L responsibility, driving traffic and conversion and digital projects
  • At least 3 years’ experience working in a B2B and/or B2C business environment
  • Experience and knowledge of B2B and/or B2C ecommerce solutions and with agile methodologies
  • Prior experience and knowledge of the e-Commerce is a must.
  • Ability to think strategically, drive for results, build a high-performance organization, continuously drive innovation and inspire the organization to achieve and exceed its objectives
  • Strong analytical skills: understand digital business strategy and use fact based sources to build a solid business case.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to complete projects on time.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate complicated concepts and recommended courses of action to engage diverse audiences and influence senior executives.
  • Experience in working in a matrix organisation.
