Key Responsibilities

  • Must be customer oriented, always maintain high level of professionalism and highest standard of customer service.
  • Be the subject matter expert and point of contact for any workflow and instrument related issues at customer end.
  • Develop and optimize training materials for internal and external customers.
  • Carry out the validation of calibrated instruments at the customer site and providing appropriate training to customers on product usage and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues for customers to ensure minimum downtime of company products at customer site.
  • Record and report customer feedback regarding product, workflow or services, assist product team for product improvement or marketing strategy optimization.
  • Support marketing events in creating brand awareness, perform demos and give presentations to potential or existing customers.
  • Conduct instrument installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.
  • Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.
  • Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
  • Build effective relationships with new and existing clients, monitoring customer feedback on product usage and maintenance, and perform further tests on field application of latest products for developing scientifically accurate applications.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Customer oriented person with easy-going personality
  • Degree in the field of life/biological/medical sciences, with at least 2 years’ work experience in molecular diagnostics and instrument servicing
  • Outstanding customer facing and supporting ability
  • Excellent presentation and training skills
  • Technically inclined with good troubleshooting skills
  • Result oriented and good project management skills
