My client are an American eDiscovery vendor that have created a next gen cloud based eDiscovery platform that is changing the face of the market. They are an established business in the states and expanded to the UK around 12 months ago following a couple of senior stakeholders moving to the City to kick off a practice. Since then they have gone from strength to strength and have plans to build out the team with an eDiscovery Project Manager Lead to run a highly talented team in London with future plans to grow an office in Frankfurt and Paris this is an opportunity  that could move into a Director of EMEA role in the next 18-24 months time. This is an opportunity to join something that is building and have the input to its potential growth and direction in the European market.

My client have created an entirely homegrown eDiscovery platform that is proving to be extremely popular with the current market, they have also invested heavily into the product development team and release new features on a regular basis to innovate an already service further. This platform delivers unrivalled investigative abilities that sit with an integrated and intuitive interface. They support the entire EDRM process and have a talented team in place to deliver the most complex solutions

About the role

As an eDiscovery Project Manager Lead, you will be expected to:
  • Be the primary contact for the entire EDRM process from initiation through to production/completion
  • Delivery of complex solutions within defined SLA processes
  • Work with clients to deliver training on the product line continuing to perform this as new feature are released on the platform
  • Lead a small but expanding team of eDiscovery Project Managers from Junior through to Senior level
  • Work with clients to define the most appropriate use of advanced analytical products
  • Work with internal functions including doc review, collection and production teams

About you

The following requirements are expected from potential applicants: 
  • Extensive years experience working within an eDiscovery Project Management role at either service providers, consultancies or industry
  • Proven experience executing across all phases of the EDRM process
  • Extensive knowledge of eDiscovery tools across a variety of platforms as well as document review workflows and processes
  • Leadership experience of mentoring and managing other eDiscovery Project Managers
  • Demonstratable experience of dealing with clients on a daily basis
  • The ability to work in an innovative environment that has ambitions to change the face of the eDiscovery market.
