  • Handle large corporate clients in Indonesia – State-owned enterprises, privately owned enterprises, chinese corporates
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience
  • 80% hunting, 20% farming role with a regional Asian bank
Responsibilities:
  • Handle relationship management and business development among Indonesian clients
  • Comfortable with travelling to and from Singapore / Indonesia regularly, but the headcount is based in Singapore
  • Good network and contacts to bring in new clients
  • Focus on deepening the relationships as well as cross-selling various products, i.e trade finance, syndications, treasury, FX etc
  • Acquire new Corporate clients for loans, deposits and trade finance products.
  • Perform credit review (separate credit team to help do full analysis)
  • Collaborate effectively with other internal and external stakeholders
 
Qualifications/ Capabilities:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant banking experience
  • Able to speak English, Indonesia Bahasa (native) and basic Chinese to converse with relevant counterparts  
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player, family culture
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, sales oriented and able to work as a team
