About the role
An established and fast-growing organization is seeking for Senior Sales Manager / Director to continue to motivate, train and guide the existing team to ensure continuous growth in Malaysia and APAC region.
The company has a strong domestic brand that is well established in the domestic market. A management team that works to understand their unique selling points in order to optimize the potential of the organization in the area of engineering, designs, sales, operations, marketing, systems, and development. Provide effective and inspiring leadership through active involvement in all senior level client network and relationship building throughout the region. Develop a culture and environment that attracts, retains and motivates high quality staff. Provide strategy and directions on new growth area in B-B business model with premium quality users especially in the area of medical and security.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have accumulated at least 8-15 years of sales experience within the Metal manufacturing industry is mandatory. Strong communicator and the ability to motivate, inspire and drive sales team to keep up with the growth momentum. Strong interpersonal skills and relationship builder with C-level Managers to customize and influence decision makers.
