Global corporate expanding their investments arm (SEA focus)
Real estate experience is mandatory
SGD120-180k annum base, 10 yrs of experience in investments and financial modelling

Job Responsibilities

Source, evaluate and analyze investment opportunities
Produce clear summaries and presentations to enable decision making
Conduct financial modelling to assess / support acquisitions; present financial analysis to key stakeholders
Conduct and coordinate legal, tax, technical & financial due diligence for assets to be acquired, working with external advisers/ consultants
Preparation of investment papers, presentations and other materials as required
Lead deal execution, i.e due diligence, structuring and financing matters
Preparing market research updates, and sector analysis / benchmarking studies
Asset management work – creating value via asset enhancement initiatives, preparing budgets for financial reporting, managing leases

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in any discipline
10 years of relevant experience, and must have executed real estate transactions before. As the role covers SEA and North Asia, there may be Chinese related documents and hence basic mandarin speaking / writing is 100% mandatory as well.
Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Financial modelling experience is 100% mandatory
