A local real estate company is looking to hire and compensation and benefits professional with prior experience implementing a long term incentive program.
 
Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and design compensation packages and policies that are in line with the organization’s strategies and goals.
  • Implement long term incentive plan for the company.
  • Assess the employee’s needs by means of different elevation methods and techniques.
  • Create and improve salary, benefit and bonus systems.
  • Align all compensation systems to general conditions in the labour market and to legal regulations.
 
Requirements:
  • No prior experience in the real estate industry needed.
  • A degree in a relevant field of study.
  • Practical experience in the field of compensation or benefits.
  • Aspirations to be a manager.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Good analytical skills and, at best, experience with quantitative data collection
  • Knowledge about different options of compensation and ways to motivate people
