A high growth start up is looking to hire an executive assistant to support its sales team.
Main Responsibilities:
  • This role mainly requires an experience travel and calendar management professional.
  • Ensure all paperwork is present and correct in line with company policies and liaise seamlessly with functions where necessary.
  • Research, prioritize and follow up on issues and concerns including those of a sensitive or confidential nature
  • Act as a bridge for smooth communication between all stakeholders
  • Ensuring department compliance with internal policies
  • Assists in daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports 
  • Setting up QBR, meetings
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners 
  • Support the sales team sitting across Singapore, Japan and Australia.
  • At least 4 years’ experience working as an Executive Assistant in a technology firm
  • Prior experience supporting a sales team
  • Individuals with office management experience will be preferred
