Russia’s largest independent natural gas producer is looking for an HR Manager to oversee all HR operations of the firm.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Update and maintain programs, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals and vision of the company.
  • Establish standards and procedures for all HR matters.
  • Keep abreast of the latest ongoing employment laws in the respective country and/or region and adhere to compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and resolve any discrepancies in processes.
  • Provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation and benefits, learning and development, budget, recruitment and other HR-related matters.
  • Establish the company wage, salary structure and pay policies.
  • Has to be Russian Speaking in order to communicate with counterparts and partners in Russia.
  • At least 5 years of Human Resource experience preferably in the trading, oil and gas or commodities industry.
  • Broad knowledge in the area of talent acquisition, talent development, compensation and benefits etc.
  • Experience in implementing solid HR policies and processes.
  • Prior experience setting up the HR function in an organization would be preferable.
