Our client is one of the global leaders in a manufacturing industry.
 
The incumbent will plan, budget, and schedule facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labour, materials and other related costs. Involve in design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities.
He / She will be responsible for developing budgets and long-range plans based on company growth and future automation and control areas maintenance needs. Optimise the motion, functions and routes of robots and other equipment and system components. Responsible for setting up the electrical work shop. In charge of operation and maintenance plant electrical distribution systems (MV Switchgear, LV distribution, Emergency Diesel Generators, Power Monitoring system, MCC & VSD, Lighting, UPS etc.). Developing and implementing of energy management and monitoring program. Adhere to the standard operating procedures for instrument calibration and implementing of maintenance programs for operational efficiencies and minimize cost. Evaluate root case analysis reports of major equipment and system failure and develop potential solutions. Review installations and assembly documentations periodically to ensure compliance with organizational procedures.
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in any manufacturing plant with hands-on equipment management
  • 2-8 years of working experience within a manufacturing environment ideally with packaging & automation exposure
  • Experience in PLC with E&I experience
  • Open to candidate from Chemical / Electronics / Semi-con/Pharma/FMCG/Food
  • Manufacturing assignment in operations or maintenance with machine design development involvement will be essential
  • Demonstrated capability to manage complex and challenging projects in adverse conditions
