Our client is a Global Project Management Construction Consultancy organization expanding in the region.
The incumbent will manage all project development permits, tender specifications, financing and government regulatory support in South Korea. Strong project management pertaining to project delivery, budget and funding to minimise potential losses due to delays or failure to secure projects. Work with the business to set appropriate performance targets and monitor outcomes across a range of disciplines including health and safety, quality, community engagement and environmental. Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with partners, contractors, utilities, community and other key project stakeholders to enable the business to successfully operate. Advise both internal and external stakeholders to ensure visibility and oversight on the on-going milestones at different stages of the project.
Ability to work with communication department to draft out proposal with specific elements to seek for internal approvals and information memoranda for debt and equity investors. Act as board representative on the project during the development phase with overall responsibility for managing the on time, on budget and safe delivery of the Project.
To be successful in this role, the incumbent needs to possess at least 15-20 years project management & construction of offshore wind farms focusing on managing end to end construction to delivery stage.  Understand financing structure, risk assessment, installation, technical and engineering constraints.
