A top tier international Oil & Gas company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner for a 9 month fixed contract with the probability to be converted into perm at the end of the contract. Main Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions with the assistance of existing centers of excellence. These include compensation and benefits, HR policies and administration, talent management, expatriate management and mobility, change management, performance management, recruitment and employee engagement.
Develop links to ensure the strategic alignment of all HR systems and policies by utilizing an integrated competency model to create recruiting templates, measure performance against standards and provide career development and succession planning within the organization.
Create an environment where employees feel valued and recognized. Look for ways to develop high morale amongst employees. The purpose of this is to ensure total congruence about the company’s values to garner employees’ commitment to putting forth their best work and empowering them to make the best decisions based on a common set of goals and values.
At least 5 years’ experience in Human Resources in the same or relevant industry.
Experience developing HR policies and programs with excellent HR management techniques.
Client focused and strong relationship building capabilities.
