The Executive Research Manager is a critical member of the business and a contributor to the respective Ethos BeathChapman Practice that the individual works within. He/She will be responsible for comprehensive candidate generation, qualification and ongoing candidate management to support Consultants on Ethos BeathChapman’s client’s needs. This individual is the foundation of client delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate generation activities through:
    • Advertising
    • Online Research
    • Job Board Sourcing
    • Direct Candidate Approach
    • Executive Networking
  • Represent both Ethos BeathChapman and its clients in a professional manner to the candidate (mid-senior) community.
  • Candidate qualification, in order to accurately identify motivations for change, deal breakers, manageable drivers relating to career change and to manage the candidate’s expectations and remuneration package.
  • Candidate interaction (both in an interview context and in a general passive situation) to build industry/functional networks with top class talent within the respective field.
  • In certain situations, liaise directly with the client on administrative or scheduling agendas.
  • Conduct reference checks upon Ethos BeathChapman’s client’s request.
  • Utilise candidate relationships to uncover opportunities for Ethos BeathChapman relating to hiring leads, prospect clients and industry intelligence.
  • Prepare Ethos BeathChapman’s client mapping reports and client presentations.
  • Attend business trips if and when required.
  • Help with basic calendar, travel and expense management for Team Lead.
  • A professional outlook combined with the interpersonal ability to interface with CxOs.
  • Have a passion for the technology and communications industry.
  • Methodical in nature, demonstrates a mature work ethic and a genuine desire to learn and develop.
  • Passion for the select industry/functional practice that this individual works within.
  • Ability to understand people and their drivers, you will be naturally inquisitive to rigorously qualify character motivations, drivers and deal breakers.
