Our client, one of the global leaders in Flavour creation and Food Manufacturing Industry, is currently expanding in the region.
 
Develop new application recipes as well as new concepts for customers according to market demand, trends and new raw materials available. Conduct tasting sessions, process and interpret the results to customers. Leverage on new technologies for submission to customers and also identify new opportunities. Perform trial on new equipment, evaluate the solutions on technical problems related to the production process and provide insights to stakeholders. Provide technical support to customers through project briefs, including the recommendation of flavours and technical information on application processes. Prepare, organize and execute unique flavoured food products for customer presentations. Ensure projects are carried out in accordance with customer requirements in terms of deadlines and product specifications. Pro-actively monitor flavour performance and stability. Provide technical expertise and advise in the area of marketing, sales, flavour creation, and customers for dairy applications.
 
To be successful in this role, you should possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, Food Technology or any relevant discipline. Basic understanding of selected food applications, ingredients, and processes with practical experience in customers’ food manufacturing environment will be advantageous
