Our client is one of the Global Airline manufacturers in the region.
The incumbent will have hands-on experience drafting, amending Sales Proposal, LOI, MOU, PA and LA within the aerospace sector. Ability to negotiate a win-win agreement that address industrial, technical, legal, regulatory aspects of the agreement. Established strong relationship with the airlines within APAC with in-depth understanding on the process and protocol in the region. Ensure contract integrity of the document committed from company prospective and understanding the right internal verification to reduce risk exposure. Propose and advise client with any amendments to the requirement to address any other clarifications needed.
To be successful in this role, the incumbent needs at least 15-20 years of commercial contract management, sales, commercial, legal, technical within the aerospace industry. Knowledge of contract law in an international context pertaining to aviation. Strong familiarity to construct large and complex contractual document liaising with multiple stakeholders to validate and comply.
