This IT leadership will participate in supporting the company’s growth related to the development and operations of all office and store technology and systems. The VP of IT will oversee the IT department by providing leadership, planning and management for all areas of information technology strategy, development and implementation. This includes voice and data communication, administrative systems, retail systems, manufacturing and financial technology, training, user support and IT security systems. This role is a key enabler of restaurant performance and digital experience.  The VP of IT will work closely with the marketing, operations and finance departments to implement solutions that improve the operational and financial results of the Company. 
The VP of IT will sit in the Singapore headquarters, reporting directly to the CEO. This position will have direct supervision of 3 IT  professionals


  • Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the Company’s IT systems, applications, and security needs. This includes infrastructure, enterprise architecture, standards, development, data communications, voice communications, networks, operations, and IT governance and technology compliance
  • Establish common technology package standard to be used by company-owned and franchise stores
  • Manage the IT organization globally and oversee the strategic direction of global operations to ensure that it aligns with the overall goals of the organization
  • Coordinate the development of all information technology activities and services
  • Recruit, develop, manage and lead the information technology team
  • Examine overall information technology operations, processes, and resources
  • Regularly enact process improvements to ensure consistent delivery of quality services to our offices and stores
  • Evaluate and procure new hardware and software to meet company needs
  • Maintain a secure environment within the company’s IT structure to protect databases and systems
  • Develop and maintain a business recovery plan to ensure timely and effective restoration of data and IT services in the event of a disaster
  • Provide help desk and technical support infrastructure
  • Design, implement and maintain internet presence including e-mail, domain management, web servers, and communications links
  • Design, implement and maintain appropriate information systems policies and procedures
  • Continually evaluate systems management including configuration, security, resource monitoring, software/ hardware licensing and inventory, and reporting
  • Participate in proposals, task orders, development reviews, and technical initiatives as a senior technical resource to the programs




  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline; equivalent training and experience will be considered
  • 7 to 10 years’ experience in a senior IT Director role; 5 plus years’ experience in a similar position. Significant point-of-sale experience is preferred
  • Enterprise- level information system development, implementation, maintenance, operations and management experience
  • Ability to manage a cross-regional team
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments including marketing, finance, operations, etc.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
  • High degree of business acumen, personal integrity and maturity
  • FAmiliar in the franchise business
