A well-established insurance firm is building their reinsurance team in Singapore and are looking for an Executive Assistant to help with the calendar and travel management of some key stakeholders.
 
Main Responsibilities:
  • This role mainly requires an experience travel and calendar management professional.
  • Ensure all paperwork is present and correct in line with company policies and liaise seamlessly with functions where necessary.
  • Research, prioritize and follow up on issues and concerns including those of a sensitive or confidential nature
  • Act as a bridge for smooth communication between all stakeholders
  • Ensuring department compliance with internal policies
  • Assists in daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports 
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners 
 
Skills/Experience:
  • At least 4 years’ experience working as an Executive Assistant, preferably from an Insurance firm but open to all industries.
