A top tier insurance company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support 5 Business Units in their local office. Reporting into the Chief Human Resources Officer and supporting the Chief Customer and Operations Officer, this role requires someone with excellent stakeholder management skills. Main Responsibilities:
Be a Business Partner to allocated units by working closely with stakeholders in supporting HR initiatives.
Provide guidance on career mapping, workforce planning and succession planning.
Understand and Manage key HR metrics in order to deliver solutions and programs on crucial areas like employee engagement, retention and diversity and inclusion.
Extensive experience working as a business partner in either the Insurance, Banking, Technology, Financial Services or Professional Services sector.
Strong business acumen and commercially minded.
Strong stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to influence desirable changes in complex business environments.
Prior experience acting as an advisor to senior stakeholders, including C-suites.
