A top tier international manufacturing company is looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead and build capabilities for their business across the Southeast Asia region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions with the assistance of existing centers of excellence. These include compensation and benefits, manpower planning and budgeting, succession planning, coaching, performance management, recruitment and employee engagement.
  • Develop links to ensure the strategic alignment of all HR systems and policies by utilizing an integrated competency model to create recruiting templates, measure performance against standards and provide career development and succession planning within the organization.
  • Create an environment where employees feel valued and recognized. Look for ways to develop high morale amongst employees. The purpose of this is to ensure total congruence about the company’s values to garner employees’ commitment to putting forth their best work and empowering them to make the best decisions based on a common set of goals and values.


  • At least 9 years’ experience in Human resources in the same or relevant industry.
  • Experience developing HR policies and programs with excellent HR management techniques.
  • Excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Possession of the ability to sell, implement and sustain relevant cultural change.
