A reputable multinational software company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition professional to recruit for their ASEAN hiring needs. Main Responsibilities:
The Chosen Candidate will be tasked with utilizing a diverse methodology to identify and attract the best talent of active and passive candidates in the market. He/She will be involved in regional and global assignments to leverage best practices for ASEAN.
You will be expected to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business and hiring needs. You will also collaborate with the HR team to ensure manpower planning and projection is adhered to.
The Ideal candidate will support end-to-end recruitment needs and related talent acquisition audits processes. He/She will look to support diversity and inclusion within the organization to develop strong employer branding to attract the best candidates.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
At least 7 years of talent acquisition experience in the high technology, internet or information technology industry.
In house recruitment experience.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
A proven track record in successfully hiring candidates for niche positions.
A passionate individual with excellent business partnering capabilities.
