Job Description
The role supports VP Talent Management and Development in the development and implementation of talent management policies, processes and programs with the objective of having the right talent available for the right positions at the right time.
Key responsibilities:
  • Implementation of Talent Management Policies and Processes
  • Management of Talent Development Programs such as High Potential and Mentorship Schemes
  • Management of Pipeline Programs such as Scholarships and Overseas Managers Schemes
  • Management of Job Family Talent Pools
  • Implementation of Career Pathing Framework
  • Review and implementation of Talent Assessment Tools
  • Management of Internal Staffing Process
  • Use of talent analytics to derive insights and make talent decisions
Required Skills
  • Degree holder, preferably in Human Resources
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Management from a business COE Perspective
  • Interest in People and Passion for talent development
  • Good EQ and able to work with stakeholders of all levels
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Good Planning and Organizational Skills
  • Self-Driven and Proactive
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Comfortable with data and preparation of papers/proposals
