A renowned management consultancy firm is looking for an HR Transformation manager to focus on HR strategy and talent management. This role would require a Japanese speaker as the nature of the projects the chosen candidate will be working on would require him/her to manage Japanese stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you have to have extensive experience working on transformation projects. The ideal candidate is an individual with relentless energy with prior experience in change management, operational excellence, and manpower planning and talent management.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and continuously improve HR strategies with an emphasis on performance improvement
  • Establish strategies and exercises pertaining to talent management, rewards and leadership
  • Utilize relevant HR Technology
  • Be responsible for compensation and benefits as well as manpower planning
  • Relevant Experience Within A Management Consultancy Firm Or A Large MNC
  • Relevant Experience In Transformation Projects
  • Strong Understanding Of SAP Systems And HRIS
  • Experience Working With Japanese Companies
  • Japanese Speaker
  • Singaporean Or Permanent Resident
