Our client is a specialist company focusing in the treatment of diabetes and its accompanying disorders, such as cardiovascular disorders and diabetic neuropathy. The product range includes both prescription and OTC products as well as dietary supplements. Today our client operates in more than 35 countries and has more than 900 employees worldwide.
 
PURPOSE
Following their entry into the Philippines market recently, they have hired the Country Manager and are now expanding the team to include a (Snr) Brand Manager. The (Snr) Brand Manager will lead the development and implementation of the strategic and tactical plan for the company’s brand portfolio under the guidance of the Country Manager. He / She will provide Marketing leadership and drive innovation for the Brand/s throughout its lifecycle and will oversee its success. He / she will ensure that all Brand activities are compliant with local regulations, company policies and patient focused.
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and create an effective and competitive Strategic and Marketing plan based on insights drawn from a patient’s journey so as to address the concerns and needs of patients
  • Ensure engaging operational and tactical implementation of the Brand plan; analyse, anticipate and, where possible, shape marketplace changes and identify and maximise new growth opportunities
  • Inspire and lead the cross-functional team to deliver innovative solutions that offer true value to the patients and healthcare systems
  • Establish, develop, maintain and ensure strong external relationships with target doctors and customers
  • Oversee the budget management for the Brand
 
REQUIREMENTS
