A growing REIT is looking for a Client Service Manager to join their growing team.
The Client Service Manager will deliver superior client service for all assigned clients and their property-related funds.

Responsibilities
  • Perform role as the key contact person for operational relationships with assigned clients
  • Undertake assigned activities to ensure full compliance with trustee obligations
  • Establish a strong & effective operational relationship with clients
  • Execute client instructions within agreed timeframes
  • Assist to review service level agreements, regulatory forms and bank-related notices
  • Oversee timely client invoicing and track prompt payments 
  • Back up for other team members as necessary
  • Monitor and complete all compliance requirements for assigned clients
  • Set up and monitor operational obligations for new clients
  • Liaise with Compliance team for related compliance checks on new clients
  • Manage periodic custody check of assets and documents
Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • Possess at least 2 years’ related experience within financial services
  • Excellent client and stakeholder management skills and experience
  • Strong written and verbal business communication skills
  • Knowledge of financial products, as well as trust/fund structures and governance issues
