A top tier international shipping company is looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead and build capabilities for a Shared Service Centre supporting multiple business functions including Operations and Customer Service. Main Responsibilities: The Chosen Candidate will be responsible for provide HR advice, guidelines and support to employees and managers. He/She has to be a strong business leader in order to lead and manage the HR team. In addition to this, you will be tasked to analyze trends to develop recruitment strategies and programs and be involved in on the ground recruitment within KL itself. The role requires you to be responsible for manpower planning and budgeting. You will also be tasked to review and recommend relevant compensation and benefits policies and programs. A sizeable part of the job is attributed to expatriate and mobility management. Furthermore, you will oversee and manage annual salary reviews and performance bonus processes. The Ideal Candidate will deliver these responsibilities while proactively engaging and communicating with all stakeholders to develop and drive new initiatives. Skills/Experience:
At least 8 years of Human Resources generalist experience in a fast-paced MNC environment and 5 years in a managerial role.
Fluent in both written and spoken Business English.
Possession of a strong business and commercial acumen
Prior experience working in a BPO or Shared Service Centre environment is preferred.
